The Indiana Joint Replacement Institute (IJRI) was founded by R. Michael Meneghini, an internationally recognized orthopedic surgeon with a primary focus on hips and knee. On April 1, he joined forces with Dr. Matthew Noyes at IU Health Fort Wayne’s Engle Road location to create what Noyes describes as a “musculoskeletal orthopedic sports medicine type office.”
IJRI announces new Terre Haute surgery center partnership with Rose-Hulman and Union Health
Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Union Health, and the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute (IJRI) announced a transformative partnership that will drive new technological advancements in the healthcare industry, provide hands-on experience for students, and bring patients from all over the Midwest to Terre Haute for orthopedic joint replacement surgeries.
The partnership includes the construction of a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center as an integral part of Rose-Hulman’s new Innovation Grove district. Located along the southern border of the college campus, at the intersection of State Road 46 and State Road 42, Innovation Grove will be an extension of the campus featuring a 35,000-square-foot space housing Rose-Hulman Ventures (RHV), as well as the Sawmill Society, a network and forum for Rose students and entrepreneurial alumni to connect.

Noblesville mayor announces IJRI is coming to Noblesville
Noblesville has recruited its second tenant to an economic development area intended as a corridor for life-science companies.
Mayor Chris Jensen said the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute will move into the Innovation Mile, joining Innovation One, a company that announced its move in April. The business district along the 141st Street corridor from Olio Road to Prairie Baptist Road is 200 acres of commercial space in a campus setting intended to encourage collaboration among companies.
