Jennifer Fry, CPA

After assisting Dr. Meneghini with starting the practice as an advisor, Jennifer Fry joined the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute team as COO/CFO. She brings over 27 years of healthcare experience to IJRI. Jennifer has a diverse background in operations, finance, and strategy and has held numerous positions throughout her career supporting those areas.  Prior to joining IJRI, she worked as an advisor focusing on healthcare finance, strategy, operations, and transactions.  During this time, she provided guidance for physicians starting their private practices.

Jennifer’s professional career began as a financial consultant in the healthcare industry. She progressed through various roles from financial analyst to Chief Operating Officer of a multi-physician group. As COO, she facilitated the sale and transition of the group to Franciscan Health and became the Director of Ancillary and Physician Services. One of her many accomplishments in this role was leading the development and opening of a comprehensive cancer center.  In those roles, she oversaw imaging, surgery, physical therapy, sleep lab, oncology services, the physician groups, and the finance department. After her time at Franciscan Health, Jennifer started at Ascension St. Vincent Indiana as the Director of Strategic Finance with responsibilities for valuations, business case development, and capital planning before being promoted to the System Executive of Strategy and Marketing. At the time she left Ascension St. Vincent Indiana, Jennifer had served as the Chief Strategy Officer where she oversaw strategic planning, business development, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, relationship development, and physician recruitment.

Jennifer is a proud Purdue Boilermaker where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She continues to maintain her license as a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of numerous professional organizations. Outside of work, Jennifer and her husband spend time with their three adult children. She enjoys spending time at the lake and boating, collegiate and professional athletic events, and is an avid reader.
