Jason Watters, MD

Dr. Jason Watters is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in knee, hip, and shoulder replacement including revision knee, hip, and shoulder replacement surgery.  He also has extensive experience with orthopedic trauma and sports medicine surgery.  Dr. Watters believes that all patients should have a thorough understanding of their joint problems and the treatments available, including both surgical and non-surgical options.

Dr. Watters completed his undergraduate education at Indiana University Bloomington.  He completed both his medical school education and residency training at Indiana University School of Medicine.  Dr. Watters has spent the last 9 years working in Indianapolis with the Indiana University Health Physicians department of orthopedic surgery.  He was an associate program director for the residency program, the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Eskenazi Health where he also helped create and was the Director of Adult Reconstruction/Joint Replacement Surgery Center of Excellence.  

Dr. Watters had a strong desire to bring Indiana Joint Replacement Institute to Naples, Florida because his wife is from the Naples area and his love for Southwest Florida.  When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and on the water boating.
